Hong Kong Orders

• Orders received on weekends & public holidays will be processed on the following working day.
• We will inform you by email or by phone if your order is out of stock.
• Please contact us by phone or whatsapp to (852) 53488917 or by email at Gadgettiohk@gmail.com as soon as possible if any amendment is required.
• No changes or cancellation are allowed once the order had been shipped.

Delivery

• All deliveries are by Local Couriers, Free delivery for orders above HK$300.
• Order below $300 need add-in HK$25 for the shipping cost. 
• Please ensure the accuracy of delivery address, incomplete or wrong address will incur additional courier charges.
• All orders with residential or out-laying island addresses will be shipped to SF-Express.com pick-up stores only. SF-Express will send you an SMS when the shipment is ready for collection. (SF Express provides Door-to-Door Delivery Service for an additional HK$25)

• Paypal
• P-Card (Purchasing Card)
• Bank / ATM (Transfer / Deposit)
• Cash / Cheque on Delivery (Only for orders with Commercial & Industrial Address)

International Orders

Delivery

• All deliveries are by e-commerce mail, Free delivery for orders above US$49  (around HK$380)
• Order below US$49 (HK$380) need add-in US$10 for the shipping cost. 
• If wanna the faster shipment just add-in US$19 upgrade  FedEx / DHL / TNT/ UPS Express ship ( need time 2 - 3 days )
• Courier Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once an order is shipped.

• All deliveries are by FedEx / DHL / TNT /  Hong Kong POST (EMS)
• Please ensure the accuracy of delivery address, incomplete or wrong address will incur additional courier charges.

Returns & Exchanges

• You can exchange / return your order for up to 7 days from the purchase date.
• Products must be in original condition, with all tags attached, and must be returned in the original undamaged box and/or packaging.
• Exchange/return items must not fall under the list of non-refundable brands/items.
• If possible, please email a photo of the product to speed up the exchange/return process.
